Step 6: Task Flow Diagrams

After completing the analysis of our qualitative user study, we began our brainstorming session by sketching out a couple of task flow diagrams. The motive behind these diagrams is to break down day to day tasks (within an email system) into their sub parts and try to identify pain points within these. As of now, we’ve completed this exercise for the following two tasks.

– Reading a new email.
– Finding a previous email.
